Ken Wilson Meats partner with manufacturers to produce a limited, but delicious supply of COB Hams. COB’s are available whole or as half portions
COB Ham (Cooked on the Bone) –
Full legs are infused with Ken Wilson Meats refined recipe, so subtle flavours work to enhance the flavour profile of the ham. Raw hams are gently massaged so that the flavour is even throughout the meat, and the muscle soft and tender. Legs are then netted before being smoked and cooked.
The netting is carefully removed after this process, and Whole COB Hams are vacuum packed, or cut in half for smaller sized portions (Half COB Hams).
Hams are available all year round, and are an essential product listing from Labour Weekend through to Christmas, and at Easter.
